Welcome from the Principal

Welcome to Cambrai Primary School and Preschool – the heart of the Marne Valley since 1888.

We are truly a community school nestled in the historical hamlet of Cambrai. Our families also come from the nearby town of Sedan and the farming areas of Black Hill, Sanderston, Sandleton, Angas Valley, Wongulla and Fisher.

Our school is at the heart of our community. We provide playgroup and occasional care each week, preschool, a community library, a community nursery, and help manage the local pool.

Our curriculum is tailored to support the children of our community from birth until they transition to high school.

Our small classes allows quality curriculum instruction which is tailored to children’s needs and interests, while maintaining high expectations.

Meldanda, our 100 acre farm along the banks of the Marne River, is an important part of our learning program. We are also the only school in South Australia with an International Dark Skies Reserve observation point on site!

Our staff are passionate, talented and caring and we provide the highest quality education and support for our children and families, as we want our families, towns and community to thrive.
